At GIFT-IT, we strive to ship your pet products as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying them as soon as possible. For orders within the United States, the estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. For international shipments, delivery time may vary, but generally ranges from 7 to 15 business days.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority at GIFT-IT. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Please contact us for instructions on how to process your return.
